Welcome to our course. It’s an advanced writing course. Writing in English is an intensive course whose goal is to develop the ability of the student to communicate complex situations clearly. It combines current theory with actual practice to prepare students as technical writers. During this learning process students will be able to analyze complex communication situations and design appropriate responses through tasks that involve problem solving, rhetorical theory, document design, oral presentations and writing teams. Each student will create process descriptions, a proposal, and practice writing on a variety of topics. Students will also learn page layout, graphics and basic web work.
